Gwyneth Paltrow’s workout plan for her first ever workout
Bodybuilding, fitness, bodybuilding, body building… the world has a ton of women out there who have a fitness goal in mind, and if you’re like me, you’re pretty darned keen to get in shape.
But with so many people going to the gym, and so many different types of gyms in the UK, it’s a little confusing.
So, let’s break it down and help you get the most out of your workout routine.
We’ve got a ton more tips, so head over to our forum for more info.
Get a fitness trainer to train you upNow, if you’ve got the money and know how to handle a gym membership, you can easily start training at home.
Just follow these simple steps:1.
Find a gym you’d like to go to.
If you’ve been doing it wrong, you might want to check to see if it’s free or not.
If it’s not, it may be the right place for you.2.
Get your membership.
Check it out and get your money’s worth.
It may be a good idea to do it with the same gym you’ve already booked, as the rates may be different.3.
Sign up for a free trial.
You can try out the new membership for just £5 and sign up for as many as you like.
You’ll get a £10 monthly payment if you decide to keep the membership.4.
Get into shape.
Go into your gym membership and do your best to go for a 10-minute workout.
I recommend sticking with 10 minutes per set.
That’s the amount of time you can work up to.5.
Do the cardio part.
Go for 10 minutes of walking, cycling, jogging, running, yoga, whatever your body type is.
Do it regularly to make sure you’re hitting your goals.6.
Get the weights.
Find out what weights you need, but be sure to get some for each of your workouts.
You should also have a pair of dumbbells.
I usually use a 12kg set of dumbells for my 10-minutes, 20kg for my 20-minues, and an 18kg for the rest of my workouts.7.
Make sure your bodyweight doesn’t get too heavy.
Make a good progress and you’ll soon be lifting weights.8.
If there’s a lift you need to try, go for it.
If not, keep going until you do.
You may find it’s the most effective way to start.9.
Do your own workout.
The first thing you’ll need to do is find a workout that suits you.
It doesn’t have to be the one you do in your gym.
For example, if your gym is just a couple of miles away, go to your local park or playa.
Then find a way to get there.
If possible, find a quiet place where you can do your own workouts.10.
Make your own weights.
Once you’ve done your workout, find your weights.
You could start with something like a dumbbell.
If your gym doesn’t offer weights, try and find one with a barbell attached.
Then, use that barbell to lift weights.11.
Do some stretching.
Your workout should be relaxing, so do some stretching in your own gym.
You don’t need to get super intense, just do it until you’re feeling good.12.
Take the scales and take it home.
You won’t have time to go through all your exercises and you might need a scale to do them on.
Get yourself a ruler and a scale, and use it to scale out your weights and measure how much weight you need.13.
Get some clothes.
You’ve got to get your fitness gear, so make sure that you’re doing your workouts in style.
I suggest getting some comfortable clothing, like a tank top, shorts, or long sleeve shirt, so that you don’t look too bulky.
You might also want to get a pair to wear while you’re in the gym.14.
Get in shape and get in the doorIf you’ve chosen a gym and you want to go, you’ve just got to make a decision.
Do you want a gym where you don
