When a man and his girlfriend are caught sleeping together: What’s the law?
A couple who share a bed in a hotel room could be facing jail time after an ACT police investigation uncovered the pair had slept together and were caught up in the scheme.

Police allege the pair slept together.
Both men were arrested on suspicion they were in a relationship with a woman and that they had an unlawful sexual relationship.
They were charged with an indecent act, having sex with a child under 16 and being in a public place.
The man is due to appear at the ACT Magistrates Court on February 24.
The woman is due in court on December 7.
